ALASKAN KING CRAB & DIRTY MARTINI

Alaskan King Crab is a little more pricey than lobster, Although it's less effort getting the meat out of the shell. I was fortunate to buy them that were not pre-cooked. Served with plenty of butter, it has a sweet fresh taste. Below is my Dirty Martini, half gin and have olive juice and olives with pimento. Enjoy!
